Beth’s Broccoli Salad

My sister served this dish a few years ago at a family meal and it quickly became one that was prepared often.  We are not sure where the recipe came from, but we are glad she found it.

Prepare and combine:

  • 2 bunches fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 10 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Dressing – mix the following and add just before serving

  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 5 tablespoons vinegar
